My Connections

Everyone you've brought into Virre, and what Virre knows about each of them.

My Connections is where every relationship you've brought into Virre lives, but the point isn't the list. It's what Virre knows about each person on it: why they matter, when you last spoke, and what's happened between you over time.

Search the Way You'd Actually Ask

Alongside standard search and filtering, My Connections includes an AI search mode: describe who you're looking for in plain language instead of remembering the right tag or field. Filter by category, including mentor, mentee, collaborator, investor, or categories you create yourself, sort by priority score, or jump straight to connections that need attention.

Every Connection Comes with an Analysis

Open any connection and you'll find Virre's Analysis: an AI-written summary of who they are, why they align with you specifically, when you last spoke, and a match score out of 100. Connections scoring 85 or above are marked a top match, 70 and up a strong match, 50 and up a good match, and anything below that surfaces under Needs Attention, so the relationships worth reinvesting in don't quietly slip.

The Match Score, Explained

The match score isn't a vague AI guess. It's built from six weighted factors, including skills overlap, role compatibility, industry fit, seniority match, location, and shared company or alumni connections, combined into a single 0-100 score, alongside an archetype (mentor, investor, client, connector, and others) that explains the kind of relationship it actually is.

A Timeline for Every Relationship

Each connection has its own activity timeline: meetings, messages, intros, and notes, logged in one place instead of scattered across an inbox and a notes app. Log an interaction in seconds and Virre uses it. A dormant relationship or an overdue check-in shows up automatically in My Actions, and your next meeting prep pulls from this same history.

FAQs

  • What does "match score" actually measure? Six weighted factors: skill overlap, role compatibility, industry fit, seniority match, location relevance, and shared company or alumni connections, combined into a single 0-100 score.
  • What happens to connections with a low match score? They surface under a dedicated "Needs attention" filter, so the relationships that may be drifting are easy to find instead of buried in a long list.
  • Can I add my own categories beyond mentor, mentee, collaborator, and investor? Yes, categories are extendable beyond the defaults.
  • Is the timeline just for me, or does Virre use it? Both. Timeline entries are visible to you, and Virre uses them to power features like dormant-connection alerts and meeting prep.
