However, by using Virre you grant Rpyis LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, aggregate, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, and use platform data to operate, improve, and develop the Service.

7. Third-Party Contact Data

Virre allows users to store information about professional contacts. By uploading such data you represent and warrant that:

• you have the legal right to store the information
• the information was obtained lawfully
• storing the information complies with applicable privacy laws

Virre does not verify or guarantee the legality of user-uploaded contact information.

8. LinkedIn and External Platforms

Virre may enable users to import or search LinkedIn profile information.

Virre is not affiliated with LinkedIn.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of LinkedIn data complies with LinkedIn policies and applicable law.

9. Artificial Intelligence Features

Virre may include AI powered features such as:

• AI chat assistants
• automated summaries
• relationship insights
• productivity recommendations

AI generated content may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Users should independently verify important information.

AI outputs should not be treated as professional, legal, or financial advice.

10. AI Training and Model Improvement

Users acknowledge that interactions with the platform including prompts, notes, contact context, and usage patterns may be used to improve and train machine learning systems operated by Rpyis LLC.

Virre may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve AI capabilities and platform functionality.

11. Aggregated Data and Insights

Virre may generate anonymized or aggregated datasets derived from platform activity. These datasets may be used for:

• benchmarking
• commercial insights

Aggregated data will not intentionally identify individual users.

Virre does not guarantee networking success, career advancement, business opportunities, or professional outcomes.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rpyis LLC and Virre shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including:

• lost opportunities
• missed follow-ups
• reliance on AI outputs
• data loss
• service interruptions

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

17. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rpyis LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

• misuse of the platform
• uploaded data
• violation of these Terms
• violation of applicable laws.

18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.

Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Rpyis LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

24. Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Rpyis LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the Service.
