Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Virre.ai (“Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies incorporated by reference. Virre is operated by RPYIS LLC, doing business as Virre (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Virre is an AI-powered professional relationship intelligence platform that helps users build, manage, and leverage professional relationships through network management, meeting coordination, communication workflows, AI recommendations, and integrations with third-party platforms including but not limited to Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.

3. Third-Party Integrations and User Authorization

By connecting any third-party account, including Zoom, LinkedIn, email providers, calendars, or messaging platforms, you expressly authorize Virre to access, retrieve, store, process, synchronize, and act upon data available through those services to provide the Service.

This includes scheduling meetings, creating and updating meeting records, drafting communications, organizing relationship intelligence, and maintaining records for product functionality, analytics, and long-term platform improvement.

Virre may use authorized providers such as Zoom APIs, other APIs and similar infrastructure providers to facilitate these services. These integrations may involve profile data, contacts, communication metadata, relationship history, professional activity, and related account information.

Virre is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn, Zoom, Google, etc. or any third-party platform unless expressly stated.

4. Data Rights and Platform Intelligence

You grant Virre a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, process, analyze, structure, display, and use data submitted by you or lawfully obtained through your authorized integrations for the operation, improvement, security, personalization, analytics, and development of the Service.

Virre may retain structured relationship intelligence, metadata, usage patterns, and operational insights to improve platform performance, system intelligence, recommendation quality, fraud prevention, and business operations, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Virre does not claim ownership of your original content, but you acknowledge that platform intelligence, relationship modeling, system learnings, analytics structures, derived metadata, and internal operational frameworks developed from platform usage remain the exclusive property of RPYIS LLC.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided strictly on an “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, availability, accuracy, or security.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, third-party platform availability, compatibility with external systems, or that the Service will meet your specific business expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPYIS LLC, Virre, and all officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or business interruption damages, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, contracts, goodwill, data, or reputation arising from use of the Service.

This includes claims related to third-party platform restrictions, account suspensions, API changes, integration failures, scraped or synchronized data, messaging outcomes, missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, or user decisions made based on platform recommendations.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to us in the prior twelve months or (b) USD 100.

7. Indemnification

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RPYIS LLC, Virre, and all related parties from any claims, disputes, losses, liabilities, regulatory actions, penalties, investigations, damages, and legal fees arising from your use of the Service, your connected accounts, your communications, your data usage, your third-party platform compliance obligations, or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to RPYIS LLC without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Company’s governing jurisdiction. You waive class action participation and agree to resolve disputes individually.
