How Virre Handles Your Zoom Data
- Encryption in transit: All requests between Virre and the Zoom API use TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Encryption at rest: Your Zoom OAuth access token and refresh token are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are accessible only to the Virre services that need them to act on your behalf.
- Data minimization: Virre stores only the Zoom data needed to schedule and display your meetings, your Zoom user ID, account ID, name, email, and metadata for meetings created through Virre (ID, topic, time, duration, join URL).
- No training on your data: Virre does not use Zoom data, meeting content, or user data to train shared machine-learning models.
- Token deletion on disconnect: When you disconnect Zoom (in Virre or in the Zoom App Marketplace), your stored OAuth tokens are permanently deleted from our database immediately.
