Security & Vulnerability Reports
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Virre, please report it responsibly by emailing support@virre.ai with the subject line "Security Report". Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it. We acknowledge security reports within 1 business day and provide a status update within 5 business days.
Common Questions
How do I connect my Zoom account?
Go to your dashboard settings and click "Connect Zoom". You will be redirected to Zoom to review and authorize the permissions Virre is requesting. After you approve, you will be redirected back to Virre and your Zoom account will be connected. See the Zoom Integration Guide for the full walkthrough.
What permissions does Virre request from Zoom?
Virre requests only the minimum scopes needed to schedule and manage meetings on your behalf: read, create, update, and delete meetings, plus read-only access to your basic Zoom user profile. Virre does not access recordings, chat, webinars, or contacts. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I disconnect a third-party integration?
Navigate to your account settings, find the integration you want to disconnect, and click "Disconnect". This immediately revokes our access and permanently deletes your stored OAuth tokens. You can also disconnect Zoom directly from the Zoom App Marketplace under Manage > Installed Apps.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@virre.ai with the subject line "Delete Account". We will permanently delete your account, all associated meeting data, and any third-party integration tokens within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
How is my data protected?
All connections to Virre and to third-party APIs use TLS 1.2 or higher. OAuth tokens and other secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256. We follow a Secure Software Development Life Cycle that includes code review and static/dynamic security testing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
