The problem

You left the room with three promises. How many will you keep?

Good conversations create promises: something to send, an introduction to make, a question to answer. Then the next meeting starts and the details fade. The other person may remember what you said, even if you do not.

Up to 50%

how much people underestimated the likelihood that others would agree to a direct request for help

5,900+

participants across experiments, who significantly underestimated how much others would appreciate being reached out to

How it works

How does Conversation Intelligence work? Three steps.

From a few spoken words to a promise you keep.

  1. 1

    Capture it in seconds

Right after a conversation, record a short voice note or type a few words.

  2. 2

    Virre pulls out what matters

A summary, what each of you promised, and the personal details worth remembering.

  3. 3

    Follow through

Each promise becomes a next step with a date, and the context is ready before you talk again.

What it captures

What does Virre pull out of a conversation?

The things you meant to remember.

01

A short summary

What the conversation was about, in a sentence you can scan.

02

What you promised

The thing to send, the call to make, the answer you owe.

03

What they promised

The introduction they offered and the update they will send.

04

Personal details

The small things people mention, saved so you can ask about them next time.

05

Next steps with dates

Every promise becomes a dated step in your next best actions.

06

Ready for next time

Before you talk again, you see what was said and what is still open.

The science of networking

What research says about follow-through.

Here is what three studies found, and how Conversation Intelligence puts each idea to work.

01

Unfinished business weighs on the mind

In several studies, unfulfilled goals produced intrusive thoughts and weaker performance on an unrelated task. Letting participants make specific plans eliminated these effects.

Masicampo and Baumeister, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 2011. Article

How Virre uses it

Each promise is saved with a plan, so you can stop holding it in your head.

02

Follow-up questions make you better liked

Across three studies of live one-on-one conversations, people who asked more questions, especially follow-up questions, were better liked by their conversation partners.

Huang, Yeomans, Brooks, Minson and Gino, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 2017. Abstract

How Virre uses it

The details you captured become the follow-up question next time.

03

A promise with a date gets kept

A meta-analysis of 94 independent tests found that specific plans, which spell out when, where and how to act, had a medium-to-large effect on goal attainment.

Gollwitzer and Sheeran, Advances in Experimental Social Psychology, 2006. Abstract

How Virre uses it

Every promise becomes a next step with a date.

What is Conversation Intelligence?

Conversation Intelligence is the Virre feature that turns what you hear and say in conversations into notes, promises and next steps. You capture a quick voice note, and Virre pulls out a summary, what each of you promised and the details worth remembering, so you follow through.

How do I capture a conversation?

Right after you talk, you record a short voice note or type a few words. Virre turns it into a summary, the promises on both sides and personal details worth remembering. Reach out to our team and we will talk through how notes can also come in from the tools you already use.

What does Virre pull out of a conversation?

A short summary, what you promised, what the other person promised, and the small personal details people mention, such as a child starting college or a race they are training for. Each promise becomes a next step with a date, saved with the person it belongs to.

How are promises tracked?

Each promise, yours and theirs, is saved with the person it belongs to and given a next step with a date. Before you talk to them again, you see what you owe and what they offered, so nothing slips and you never ask twice for something already promised.

Can Virre remember personal details?

Yes. Small things people mention are saved with the relationship, so you can ask about them next time. Research found that people who ask more follow-up questions are better liked by their conversation partners, and remembered details make those questions easy to ask.

How is it different from a meeting recorder or a notes app?

A recorder keeps a transcript and a notes app keeps a page of text. Conversation Intelligence ties what was said to the person: promises on both sides, personal details and a dated next step, saved with the relationship and ready before the next conversation.

How does it work with Next Best Actions and AI Messaging?

Each promise becomes a next best action with a date. When it is time to follow up, Virre can draft a message in your style from the context of the conversation, and you edit it before it is sent. Capture, reminder and message stay connected.

Can my team share what was said?

Yes, for teams. Conversations captured by one person can be seen by the people who share the relationship, so nobody asks the same question twice and follow-up does not depend on one person’s memory. When someone moves on, the context stays with the company.

Does Virre contact anyone for me?

No. You decide who to contact and what to say. Virre can suggest a next step and draft a message in your style from what you captured, and you edit it before anything is sent. Nothing goes out without your say, and your relationships stay yours.

How much does Virre cost?

Starter is free. Pro is $9.99 a month and Pro+ is $19.99 a month at limited-time prices, billed monthly, and you can cancel any time. Teams, event organizers and communities get custom pricing on the Organizations plan: talk to our team and we will shape a plan around your people.

Who is behind Virre?

I built Virre because I believe the right relationships change everything, and they rarely happen by accident. After more than 25 years in senior leadership roles, I had thousands of connections and still did not know who could actually help me when I started my own venture. Virre exists so the people who matter are never lost in a contact list. Gunjan Aggarwal, Founder and CEO of Virre.
